What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns on our products due to their custom-made nature. If there is an issue with your order, such as damage during transit or a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product for assistance.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
We begin production as quickly as possible, so order changes or cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact our customer support team immediately for any changes.

No, we are an online-only store. However, we ship Australia-wide with free shipping options for most orders.
